We at DAN underwear take pride in our product and are dedicated to customer satisfaction. Should you find any fault with your purchase we would love to hear about it, as we are committed to ensuring the highest quality possible.

We will gladly reimburse you for your purchase or exchange it for you, provided you notify us within one week of receiving your DAN's. 

Please send us an email prior to returning your purchase so that we can ensure a speedy reimbursement, once we have received it. Emails can be sent to mentioning your order number and a brief description of the fault.



Due to the fact that DAN products make fantastic gifts and are often purchased for someone else, we are happy to exchange your purchase should you have ordered the wrong size.  Please use the size chart and choose carefully as the return shipping will be at customers expense.

For hygiene reasons, please do not remove your own underwear before trying on your pair of DAN's. Items that have already been worn and washed will not be exchanged. We will exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Just send an email to with your order number, the product you would like to return and the product you would like in exchange. Please make sure the item returned is accompanied with its original packaging.
